The UK Airsoft Ladies (also known as UKAL) was founded at the beginning of 2022 by myself and fellow airsofter Alex H.

We now also have 2 Managers for UKAL who assist with the running of the group, Sarah and Gem.

We felt as though the community was missing somewhere for females to turn to to discuss anything Airsoft in the UK and needed to encourage other females to not be intimidated by the sport. So we started and we grew bigger and bigger.

We've now reached out to over 100 females across the UK to encourage and support them playing! Females have started airsoft after hearing about UKAL knowing they'll be supported and have somewhere to go with no judgements and all questions welcome. We even have a few Juniors amongst us too.

We arrange 'official' UKAL meets every 3-4 months around the UK to give all ladies an opportunity to meet one another and to play alongside one another. They've been hugely successful and we hope to continue to grow these.

UKAL have been lucky enough to gain support from businesses to help us grow.

- Callsign Hawk Clothing provide us with custom clothing which includes t-shirts, hoodies, beanies and more.

- Lonestar Tactical sponsor us as many of the ladies use their face protection masks.

As well as this, we've gained support from other businesses, teams and sites around the UK. We are so grateful and wouldn't be where we are today without this support. We emphasise how much of an impact every mention of UKAL has on the community in supporting more players to get involved with Airsoft. Due to this and to help us spread the word further, we now have a badge that can be shared around to show your support.
