The Day!

This is a site I had be eyeing up for some time and I finally got the opportunity to attend on the 10th October 2021. The atmosphere was amazing. Over 230 players there which is the most I had ever played alongside.

There were a few sheltered areas which were available to unload from but the majority of people did it from their car. Obviously, with there being so many players, it would be difficult to accommodate shelter for them all! The toilets are quite luxurious with it being inside a building and separate for females too.

Once I had arrived on site, I was greeted by the marshals who were more than accommodating to showing me the ropes of how things will be run. So many players were super friendly and chatty which was lovely.

There was a great, thorough safety brief with a few laughs too. Everyone listened and didn’t interrupt which was good. Only a 20m MED for snipers which was useful in certain areas. There was hot food at lunch as well as a variety of drinks!

The site is made up of 3 different areas, there’s a hill in the middle of the site which is great for sniping on top of, and down one side there’s a CQB area made up of shipping containers. This is good fun to watch with so many players! The other side is woodland which is great for sneaking about in.

Gameplay was amazing. The atmosphere was something that I can’t wait to experience again! Everyone played fairly and I didn’t come across any cheating. There was even a moment where two players ran at each other after putting their RIFs down and saw who would win the knife kill.

Hands down, one of the best sites I’ve been to and I wish I lived closer to visit more often!
